The Company (Peoria Community Spotlight) provides advertising placement and distribution services only. While every effort is made to maximize exposure, no guarantees are made regarding leads, phone calls, website traffic, sales, or return on investment. Advertising results vary based on industry, offer, creative, competition, seasonality, and other factors beyond our control.

Payments are non-refundable once artwork has been approved by the advertiser or production has begun, including submission to the printer or mailing house. If production has started, the advertisement will continue as scheduled.

Estimated mailing and distribution dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change due to design revisions, printer schedules, USPS processing, weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside the Company's control.

The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to distribute advertisements to the advertised quantity of households. Distribution is performed through third-party print and mailing providers and the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Exact delivery dates to individual households cannot be guaranteed.

All advertised household counts are stated as up to 10,000 homes per run. A run does not hit exactly 10,000 homes. We get as close to that number as USPS EDDM routing allows.

USPS EDDM postage is purchased by carrier route, and a single EDDM postage purchase is limited to 5,000 pieces. Because of this, most runs are completed through two separate postage purchases across multiple carrier routes. Since carrier routes contain a fixed number of households, the final total will land near — but rarely exactly at — 10,000 homes. The actual delivered count may be somewhat above or below that figure.

Upon request, the Company may provide available documentation confirming production and/or mailing, including printer confirmations, USPS documentation, or production photos, when available.

Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided (business name, phone, website, offers, licensing, disclaimers). Advertiser represents it holds all necessary rights to any logos, images, or content submitted for use in the advertisement. Advertiser agrees to review and approve final artwork prior to production.

Category exclusivity applies only to the specific edition and mailing area purchased. Exclusivity is granted on a first-paid basis and is not transferable without written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to advertising services shall not exceed the amount paid by the advertiser for the specific edition in question. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Because advertising services are custom-produced and mailed to third-party households, initiating a chargeback after artwork approval or production does not entitle the advertiser to a refund. The Company will provide documentation of these terms, artwork approval, and production/mailing to the card issuer as needed.
